2018-Jeep-Cherokee-White-Highway.jpgWe offer a wide selection of used Jeep® models here at Heritage Chrysler Dodge Jeep® RAM Harrisburg, and sometimes drivers are curious about exactly where they come from. Not every model has the same backstory, but there are a few common sources of pre-owned vehicles that our dealership will take advantage of.

Auctions

Sometimes a wide variety of vehicles are rounded up and sold at auction events. Dealerships like ours can come in and bid on used models that are being sold.

If those vehicles meet our standards after a mechanical checkup and evaluation, they can find themselves on our used car lot. So, if you buy a Jeep SUV from us, it's possible that it was purchased at an auction.

Trade-Ins

If you're buying a new vehicle, what do you do with your current car? Many drivers sell their current vehicle but selling a car on your own can be a big-time investment.

Because of that, some drivers trade in their Jeep vehicle and put the money that we give them towards a new model. Those trade-ins can end up on our used car lot.

Lease Ends

When a car's lease ends, the driver can choose to buy out their leased vehicle or turn it in and get something new. When drivers turn in a Jeep SUV at the end of their lease period, it could end up on our used car lot. These models are often just a few years old with limited mileage, so they make for great pre-owned SUVs.

If you find a used vehicle that you like, we would be happy to tell you more about where it came from. Visit our Harrisburg Jeep dealers today and find a pre-owned truck or SUV that you can depend on.
