The Jeep® Twelve 4 Twelve program keeps giving Jeep Wrangler enthusiasts something new to watch out for. The latest special edition Jeep Wrangler SUVs add two new personalities to the Jeep Drop Zone. Here at Heritage Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Harrisburg, we give you a closer look at the new models that you’ll find in the Jeep Drop Zone.
Meet the Smoky Mountain and the JL-2A
August brought the 2027 Jeep Wrangler Smoky Mountain, a special edition inspired by the scenery and the off-road culture surrounding the Smoky Mountains. This September, the Jeep Wrangler JL-2A was introduced, and this model reaches back much further in Jeep history. It pays tribute to the Jeep Willys CJ-2A, which was the first civilian Jeep brand vehicle following World War II. It’s available in two-door and four-door configurations, and it boasts 17-inch retro-style wheels with Joose paint, 33-inch all-terrain tires, and a Bison Brown interior with Heritage Tan Nappa leather-trimmed seats. The Drop Zone still has one surprise remaining. Check back on October 12 to see what the final special edition Jeep Wrangler has to offer!
Catch Up On Earlier Drops
The Twelve 4 Twelve began in November 2025 with the V8-powered MOAB 392. Since then, the automaker has used each monthly release to explore a different side of Jeep Wrangler history and personality. For example, the Whitecap and the 85th Anniversary Edition emphasized heritage, while the Willys 392 combined classic Jeep Wrangler design with premium V8 power. The Rockslide was focused on personalization, while America250 celebrated the United States’ 250th anniversary.
